Everything Energy Talks
Add to calendar
The Everything Energy Talks is a series of engaging talks hosted on the occasion of the 2024 IEA Ministerial Meeting, which marked the 50th Anniversary of the founding of the IEA. These talks bring new perspectives and approaches to key issues at the heart of people-centred and inclusive clean energy transitions.
The Talks features discussions on the roles of labour, finance, and First Nations in fostering an inclusive energy future. It also explores the intersections of human rights, gender equity, youth engagement, access, social inclusion, and strategies for energy transitions. Additionally, the programme includes talks on technological innovations from startups and the private sector, which are advancing inclusive energy transitions, with a special emphasis on meeting the needs of emerging economies.
A talk will be published each week leading up to the IEA’s inaugural Global Summit on People-Centred Clean Energy Transitions, scheduled to be held at the IEA headquarters on April 26, 2024.
