The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

Performance indicator and testing standard for air conditioners

Minimum energy performance standard (MEPS) and energy labeling requirements for single-phase non-ducted single split wall mounted type vapour compression air conditioners with cooling capacity up to 7.1 kW.

 

The MEPS requirement is at least 2-star -Cooling Seasonal Performance Factor (CSPF) greater than or equal to 3.10 Wh and less than 3.30 Wh for rated cooling capacity less than 4.5 kW or CSPF greater than or equal to 2.9 Wh and less than 3.10 Wh for rated cooling capacity greater than or equal to 4.5 kW and less than 7.1 kW.
