Important message for WDS users

The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

GB 4706.13-2014 Household and similar electrical appliances - Safety - Particular requirements for refrigerating appliances ice-cream appliances and ice-makers

This standard sets out particular safety requirements for a range of household and similar electrical appliances.

These include:

 

    • Household refrigerators and food freezers with an effective volume < 500L
    • Ice-makers incorporating a motor-compressor
    • Ice-makers incorporated in frozen food storage compartments
    • Refrigerating appliances and ice-makers for use in camping, touring caravans and boats for leisure pruposes
    • Ice-cream appliances
    • Voltage of no more than 250V for single phase appliances and 470V for other appliances.
