The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

This standard establishes the minimum energy efficiency levels that pumping systems for deep well in operation must fulfill, for vertical pumps type turbine with external electric motor or submersible in the power range of 5.5 - 261 kW (7.5 hp to 350 hp). See the attachment for the minimum levels of energy efficiency.
