The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

New Jersey Energy Efficiency Obligation

In 2018, the New Jersey legislature enacted A.B. 3723 to adoped an energy efficiency program for each electric and natural gas utility by 2% annually. The NJ Board of Public Utilities is considering a draft strategic plan that would achieve a 56% increase in efficiency savings by 2022.
