The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

State Housing Plan 2018-2021

The purpose of the 2018–2021 State Housing Plan is: to increase the pool of rented housing, and to promote urban and rural rehabilitation and regeneration. It is implemented according to the following strategic guidelines: Close attention to the most vulnerable populations; improving construction quality, particularly, energy efficiency and environmental sustainability; and facilitating access to housing (rented) for young people.It includes a programme targeting building efficiency, ‘Housing energy efficiency and sustainability improvement development programme’. Aid is awarded contingent on reducing annual energy demand for building heating and cooling, in relation to the energy rating.
