Important message for WDS users

The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

ELAN law on housing and decree 2019-771

On 24th of November 2018, France adopted law number 2018-1021 of 23 novembre 2018 "portant évolution du logement, de l'aménagement et du numérique”,  commonly know as the ELAN Law on housing.

 

The ELAN Law implements changes in urban planning and property legislation. Article number 44 facilitates installation of renewable energy technologies and production of electricity.
