Important message for WDS users

The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

National Adaptation Programme of Action (NAPA)

In the energy sector actions under the programme include mobilization of investment to promote new and renewable energies (solar, photovoltaic and biogas in public areas and households in the rural area). In the water sector the adaptation programme includes provision of drinking water supply through photovoltaic solar energy as a potential action.
