Comments on the promotion of the development and utilization of geothermal energy

For the promotion of China's exploitation of geothermal energy, National Energy Board, Ministry of finance, the Ministry of land and resources and the Ministry of housing and Urban-Rural Development  issuing the guidelines, installed capacity of geothermal power generation plan to achieve by 2015 the country 100,000-kilowatt, annual utilization of geothermal energy capacity of 20 million tons of standard coal. As well as geothermal energy resources assessment, development and utilization of technology, key equipment manufacturing, industrial services, a complete industrial system. By 2020, geothermal energy exploitation and utilization of capacity of 50 million tons of standard coal, forming a perfect exploitation of geothermal energy technology and industrial systems.
