The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

Exhaust Emission Controls Act

In order to implement changes from the EU Fuel Quality Directive in Swedish law, the Exhaust Emission Controls Act (SFS 2011:318) and the Fuels Act (see separate entry) replaced the Act on Exhaust Emissions Control and Fuels for Motor Vehicles (SFS 2001:1080) in May 2011. The content of the new Exhaust Emission Controls Act is the same as the previous regulation, but contains certain clarifications needed to comply with EU standards.
