The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

Decree No. 373/2011 implementing certain provisions of the Act. 309/2009 Coll. on Support of renewable energy and high-efficiency co-generation

This Decree regulates: a) calculation of energy from renewable sources; b) method of calculation of the national target set out in the National Action Plan for Renewable Energy; c) content of the announcement about joint projects and the conditions for offsetting electricity produced from renewable energy sources in non-Member States (a Member State shall mean the European Union Member State or a State party to the Agreement European Economic Area;d) the contents of the report on progress in the promotion and use of renewable energy.

There are 3 more decrees in force that relate to implementation of Act. 309/2009, they are: 1. Decree No. 599/2009 on cogeneration, 2. Decree No. 372/2011 on calculating yearly heat generation from biogas combustion electricity generation, 3. Decree No. 133/2012 on technical training of installers
