Law of obligation for the incorporation of biofuels in fossil fuels

All registered fossil fuel companies in Belgium must incorporate at least 8.5% bioethanol on average / 6% biodiesel. Penalties are applied where the quantity of biofuels incorporated does not meet the requirement.
