Important message for WDS users

The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

Fourth Energy Research Programmme

This programme, established in 1996, set the framework for public RD & D support for energy technologies. The following table gives an overview of the development of federal RD & D funding for renewable energy technologies. It includes funding for hydrogen and fuel cells. These figures contain some support described for other programmes, e.g., 250 MW Wind Programme, Solarthermie2000, 1 000 Roofs Programme.
