Law No. 85/2018

This law establishes the conditions for establishing and maintaining a minimum level of stocks of crude oil and/or petroleum products, in order to guarantee security of supply, in the event of major supply disruptions, special emergency situations or local crisis situations. the necessary measures for the rapid, effective and transparent release of emergency stocks and/or, as the case may be, specific stocks in the event of a major supply disruption and, in the event of a special emergency or local crisis, of quantities of emergency stocks and/or specific stocks below the minimum stock level established and maintained, on behalf of the Romanian state.
