The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

The Law on Production Sharing Agreements in Offshore Oil Operations sets the legal framework for offshore oil exploration and exploitation. The National Company shall be granted with the right of share participation at the rate of not less than 50 % as a contractor.
