Act XXVI of 2006 on the safety stockpiling of natural gas

This Act sets safety stockpilling requirements of natural gas, with stocks to be at least 1,200 million m3. The natural gas safety stock shall be located in a storage facility with a withdrawal capacity of 20 million m3/day for at least 45 days. Aside from emergency stocks, the stock may also be used to ensure minimum level of stock for power plants of 50MW and above
