Oil Emergency Response Act

The Act aims to ensure preparedness in the event of supply interruptions or the risk thereof in the oil sector, including the maintenance of emergency stocks of crude oil and oil products, and the collection of data on oil conditions in Denmark.The Act was last amended in 2024.
