Energy efficiency requirement for non-duct air conditioners

This standard defines minimum energy efficiency ratio of non-duct  air conditioners with cooling capacity less than 71 kW, starting from the 1st of January 2011 and until the 31/12/2015.

 

air cooled:

• packaged:
• Cooling capacity (kW) < 2.2: EER 3.15
• 2.2 = CC < 4.0: EER 3.20
• 4.0 = CC < 7.1: EER 3.00
• 7.1 = CC < 10.0: EER 2.95
• split:
• CC < 4.0: EER 3.45
• 4.0 = CC < 7.1:  EER 3.20
• 7.1 = CC: EER 3.15

Water-cooled or evaporatiev cooling: EER 4.25
