Important message for WDS users

The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

Promotion of Public Transport

The Ministry of Transport supports public transport, which is already well developed in the City of Luxembourg, by low fares (which cover less than 15% of the costs), higher frequency of buses and trains and the creation of car parks outside town centres connected with city buses.
