The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

EU FDI screening regulation

The FDI screening regulation came into force in October 2020 to guide the European Commission and the Member States in coordinating their actions on foreign investments and to make sure that the EU is better equipped to identify, assess and mitigate potential risks of certain FDIs.
