The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

Renewable Transport Fuels Obligation

The Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation Order regulates renewable fuels used for transport. It notably sets biofuel blending mandates to fuel suppliers to mitigate emissions in the sector. 
The regulation was last amended in 2022, increasing the main Renewable Transport Fuels Obligation (RTFO) target to supply renewable fuels from 9.6% to 14.6% by 2032.
