Czech Energy Management Act (Act No. 406)

The Energy Management Act sets the obligation to increase the energy performance of buildings and the obligations related to EPCs; it also sets rules, conditions and standards for EPC issuers as well as heating and AC systems inspectors.
The Act was last amended in 2020.
