The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

Temporary Luxury Goods Sales Tax exemption on Import and Delivery of Electric Cars

On February 15, 2024, the Indonesian government exempted the import and delivery of electric cars from the luxury goods sales tax (PPnBM) from January to December 2024 as follows. The exemption applies for completely built-up as well as completely knocked-down (CKD) vehicles.
