Hydrogen Headstart

The Hydrogen Headstart Program provides AUD 2 billion in funding support for: 

• Revenue support for renewable hydrogen production investment (production credit to cover gap between production and market costs)
• Study/analysis into clean energy industry global competition, industrial competitiveness, and other actions to support development of clean energy industries and to attract capital investment
• Engagement with First Nations communities on planning and project process.
