PPCA - Morocco's coal phase-out

Morocco joined the Powering Past Coal Alliance in 2023 which pledges to phase-out coal use in the power sector by 2030 in advanced economies, and 2040 for emerging markets and developping economies. 
No target year has been explicitly announced yet.
