The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

In December 2005, the National Energy Efficiency Programme (Programa Paì s de Eficiencia Energética ˆ’ PPEE) was created by a decree signed by the then Minister of Economy and Energy; the Secretariat General of the Presidency; and the ministers of: Public Works; Transport and Telecommunications; Education; Housing and Urbanism; and Mining. It set the basis for energy efficiency policy in Chile.
