The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

EUR 1.5 billion for energy-intensive companies

The Romanian Government enacted a state aid scheme with a budget of EUR 1.5 billion for the support of energy-intensive companies consisting in compensation of costs resulting from the increase in electricity prices brought by the indirect costs of emissions under the EU Emissions Trading System.
