Cap on electricity and gas prices for large companies

Based on an earlier recent amendment to the Energy Act, the Czech government issued a decree imposing a cap on electricity and gas prices in support of large companies. The decree limits the price to CZK 5/kWh (EUR 0.21/kWh) for electricity and CZK 2.5/kWh (0.11 euros/kWh) for gas from 1 January 2023.
