Support for energy intensive companies

Package of measures totalling EUR 1.74 billion to contain the rising energy costs for all of 2022. The following polices were enacted on 28 March 2022:

• Extension of the cancellation of rates related to general electricity system charges.
• Tax credits of 20% granted to energy-intensive companies and 15% granted to gas-intensive companies.
