The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

Additional measure to deal with increases in electricity prices - Government electricity subsidy

Government electricity subsidy program covering 449,000 homes and 111,500 businesses. The subsidy covers residential, commercial and industrial users on a bi-monthly tariff with tariffs as introduced from September 2022 covering the July 2022-August 2022 period.

For the state-defined vulnerable groups of the population, up to 100% of the upcoming electricity price increase will be covered. For those with a consumption of 1-400 kwh the subsidy will be up to 85% of the increase, for those with 401-600 kwh 75% of the increase will be covered and for those with 601-800 kwh is up to 50%.
