Important message for WDS users

The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

The Carbon Dioxide Reduction Act (HB 2419)

This bill directs the Kansas Corporation Commission to establish regulations for permitting CO2 storage facilities and creates a CO2 storage fund to cover expenses related to permitting, enforcement, long-term monitoring, and post-closure remediation.
