The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

An Act relating to the implementation of projects involving the capture, injection, sequestration, or geologic storage of carbon dioxide (SB 1387)

This bill instructs the Texas Railroad Commission to write regulations for CO2 geologic storage and clarifies regulatory issues such as CO2 ownership and property rights. This bill also creates a CO2 storage trust fund to cover the costs associated with long-term monitoring of storage facilities.
