Approbation to join the UN agreement on climate change Decree 47/1996

The decree approves to join the UN 1992 climate change agreement and gives the agreement the enforcement power as a law. 

The goal of this agreement is to stabilise the concentrations of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere to a level that does not include any drastic human intervention on the climate system.
