Important message for WDS users

The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

Street Lighting Smart Controls (SLSC) Programme

The SLSC Programme, initiated by the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia (IPWEA), brings government and industry together to accelerate the uptake of LED street lights and smart controls using best practice to improve energy productivity and energy affordability for local government, improve road safety and support the Government’s smart cities agenda.The SLSC programme has delivered a strategic Roadmap for the programme, product specification guides, a Model Business Case for Street Lighting and Smart Controls Upgrades and information sheets, to assist local governments, main road agencies and utilities to adopt more efficient street lighting and smart controls.
