The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS)

RFS mandates oil refiners and oil importers and exporters to blend certain amount of new and renewable energy fuel into their transportation fuels. The industry has been given 2 years of grace period since the program was promulgated on July 30, 2013. The RFS program implemented from July 31, 2015. The blending percentage of renewable energy fuel into their transportation fuel is from BD 2.5(since July 2015) to BD 3.0(In 2020)
