The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

National data collection was initially designed to supplement the publication Energy Efficiency Indicators: Fundamentals on Statistics, and now it expands with separated collection of practices for collecting end-use data and developing energy efficiency indicators from a variety of OECD Members and non-Members.

Practices are searchable by country and territory, sector, methodology and attachment type. By sharing these experiences, we hope to help countries and organisations to develop their own energy efficiency indicators programmes.
