The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

Total may not sum to 100% due to rounding. Passenger cars includes cars, sport utility vehicles and personal trucks. Other end uses includes all the end uses beyond the top 10. Selected IEA countries refers to the twenty-four IEA member countries for which data covering most end-uses area available: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. These countries represented about 92% of the total IEA final energy consumption for 2019.
