Important message for WDS users

The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

2024 values are estimated. Low-emissions fuels = modern bioenergy, low-emissions H2 based fuels, and CCUS associated with fossil fuels and also includes direct air capture. Other clean power = fossil fuel power with CCUS, hydrogen, ammonia, and large-scale heat pumps.
