Important message for WDS users

The IEA has discontinued providing data in the Beyond 2020 format (IVT files and through WDS). Data is now available through the .Stat Data Explorer, which also allows users to export data in Excel and CSV formats.

“Announced projects: late 2022” corresponds to the project pipeline assessed for ETP-2023, including project announcements through to the end of November 2022. “Announced projects: Additional to end-Q1 2023” corresponds to projects announced between the end of November 2022 and the end of March 2023. Deployment and throughput are expressed in physical units, normalised to 2030 NZE Scenario deployment needs.
