Ordinance on ensuring delivery capacities in the event of a serious shortage of natural gas

This Ordinance sets a minimum requirement of gas storage equivalent to at least 15% of the average Swiss annual consumption to the five regional gas network operators. The ordinance was last amended in 2024 to extend the obligation to 2026.
